The customer service was lovely and all so helpful. Although English was a bit of a struggle they tried their best to assist as much as possible. They even helped us with luggage delivery to our next destination and made it so simple. It was a 5min walk from Fukushima Train Station 5 min walk from restaurants great location. Clean Room and Facilities and provided great amenities. We loved how the cleaners hung a plastic bag with clean towels on your door everyday as they rooms are serviced every 3 days.

Hello The hotel has impeccable service. The rooms were clean, the food was spectacular. The location is the best, very close to the trains. The hosts were very kind and respectful. I did not speak Japanese or English, but communication with the translators was sufficient. They helped us a lot at the reception. Without a doubt, when I return, I will stay at that hotel. Room was a bit small but efficiently spaced, which if people know are a norm in Japan and most Asian countries especially for the price you pay. Definitely will recommend to everyone and will definitely stay again next time I go back to Japan.

She is well trained. She was able to answer my questions. Highly recommended to be a full time staff. We loved the breakfast, at TKP cafe.
